TRANSPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Operations Manager is responsible for the Transport Operation within the business, taking full responsibility for delivering transport excellence.
You’ll be supporting the team that ultimately delivers the transport element of the final holiday experience to Leisuretime clients.
You will work out of our head office in the centre of Cardiff with the existing operations team. You will be commercially astute, serious about safety, and have a clear focus on KPI delivery. Whilst you’ll have a thorough understanding of industry rules and regulations and be exceptional at thinking on your feet, you’ll be creative and will want to make sure that you become an integral part of our business development team.
We have big ideas… and we are after people that know how to think big and act small. That means you think big about ideas, about solving customer problems, delivering better products, and creating value. Yet you remain humble, treat customers, suppliers and employees with equal respect and you do not mind being hands-on on the front lines.
