Scarborough is the original seaside resort; stunning scenery, glorious beaches, loads to see and do – is it any wonder that people have been flocking to Scarborough for nearly 400 years now? You can still immerse yourself in Scarborough's history with Scarborough Castle and the Rotunda Museum of geology. You could venture down to the seafront to enjoy the traditional amusement arcades, ice cream parlours, shellfish stalls and beach huts. Whatever you choose to do, you’ll love Scarborough and it is a great base for our tours.

York

Renowned for its exquisite architecture, tangle of quaint cobbled streets, iconic York Minster and wealth of visitor attractions, York is a flourishing city. Delve into the city’s vibrant café culture, take time out to enjoy some of the country’s most talented street entertainers or simply watch the world go by while sipping a drink by the river. Visitors to York can enjoy hundreds of attractions, museums, historic buildings, tours, shops, restaurants and bars within the compact walled city. You’re never far from an awe inspiring moment.

Whitby

Whitby is famous for many things: it's a traditional seaside resort with Blue Flag beaches, and has some of the best fish and chips around. But there's so much more to discover here at one of the North East coast’s best-loved seaside towns. With Blue Flag beaches and many attractions, including the world-famous steam North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Whitby is a great place to visit. But it doesn’t end there. Whitby wallows in history, including fishing, the jet gemstone industry, Captain Cook and whaling. It also boasts prominent literary connections including Bram Stoker’s famous Dracula which featured the town, with the vampire first coming ashore here from Transylvania in the guise of a black dog. Whitby certainly has something for everybody
