Royal Leamington Spa
Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful and prosperous town located in the heart of Warwickshire. With a current population of around 50,000, the town’s growth was largely due to the natural spa springs that were discovered and commercialised in the nineteenth century. This Regency town boasts magnificent tree-lined avenues, pleasant squares and the Royal Pump Rooms which house this elegant town’s museum and art gallery.
Leicester is a vibrant city, rich in history and culture - where we have an opportunity to parade the ‘Lanes’ and arcades. Exciting attractions include the New Richard III museum, the National Space Museum with its fascinating Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium, New Walk Museum & Galleries and the Guildhall (one of the best-preserved timber-framed halls in the country).
The Cotswolds village of Broadway is often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Cotswolds’ and the ‘Show Village of England’ because of its sheer beauty and magnificence. The ‘broad way’ leads from the foot of the western Cotswolds escarpment with a wide grassfringed street lined with ancient honey coloured limestone buildings dating back to the 16th century and earlier (the oldest house is Abbots Grange built in 1320 as the summer retreat for the Abbots of Pershore). Many well-known characters have spent time in Broadway drawing inspiration from its beauty and location including Oscar Wilde, Claude Monet, Edwin Abbey, John Singer-Sargent, William Morris and Edward Elgar.
The county town of Warwickshire is famous for its magnificent castle and historic charm and range of independent businesses offering an enticing blend of the old and the new, from gift shops, antique centres and traditional tea rooms to fashion shops, art galleries and fine restaurants. Market Place is the heart of the town, hosting a variety of cafes, pubs and shops.
