Please note that Gift Vouchers cannot be used for bookings made at a travel agent. > Vouchers are sent electronically by email. > When a Gift Voucher is purchased, a Gift Voucher Redemption Code will be issued. Voucher Codes can then be redeemed easily over the telephone when paying for a holiday. Vouchers cannot currently be redeemed for online bookings. > Where a Voucher Code value is less than the balance due or deposit amount then the outstanding difference must be paid by either using a debit or credit card. Where a Voucher Code value is greater than the balance due, any amount remaining on the Voucher Code can be used against another booking. Any remaining excess on a Voucher Code needs to be used before the Voucher Code expiry date. > Voucher Codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase*. > Gift Vouchers/Voucher Codes do not have cash value and they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a full/partial refund is due back, any part of the booking that was paid for using a Voucher Code will be returned with the issue of a new Voucher Code. > Voucher purchases are non-refundable and Voucher Codes cannot be re-issued if you make a mistake, they are mislaid or misappropriated. You must keep your Code safe and make sure that you have provided the correct email address and specified the correct Voucher amount. > Voucher Codes can be given as a gift but they cannot be traded or sold. If we suspect misuse/abuse of any kind, we will void the Code(s). > Booking Conditions apply to all bookings, please see our website for details. > The minimum Gift Voucher value that you can buy on-line is £10 and the maximum is £1,000.
