Coach Breaks to The Chilterns

Chill out in the Chilterns with beautiful views and fabulous food and drink!

The quaint, uncrowded, rolling green English countryside of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is set in 324 square miles of superb scenery, intriguing attractions, tucked-away villages and market towns, and there is always something more to be discovered. The Chilterns' character has been shaped by agriculture, industry and the people who have lived and worked there over the centuries. Once the larder of London, the historic market towns, tucked-away villages, pubs, farmland, chalk-fed streams and ancient woods all hint at the growing, trading and of course, enjoyment of good local food and drink that can be enjoyed in many of the fine eateries found in the charming towns and villages, many set by the beautiful River Thames as it meanders through the countryside. This picturesque area gave understandable inspiration to children's tales of adventure with Enid Blyton and Roald Dahl having been famous local residents.
